The Dugout Performance Centre was founded in 2023.  Located proudly on Treaty 4 territory, at 1700 Elphinstone Street Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.  You will find us in the Avana Centre at REAL District.  This location offers great parking, access to shower facilities, change rooms, locked storage, waiting areas and on-site amenities (food, coffee, other services).

The Dugout is an inclusive training space for members of the baseball and softball communities of Regina and surrounding area.  Our motto is that this space is “for the players”.  We pride ourselves on our reputation in the ball communities and proudly offer many services in our facility. 

The Dugout Performance Centre will offer skill specific training by qualified independent instructors.  Rental spaces including batting cages, pitching tunnels, fielding areas and dryland strength and conditioning training spaces. 

We pride ourselves on the fact that this space is inclusive to everybody, regardless of skill level and experience.
