Memberships
Gym Membership gives access to:
Gym (see gym hours below).
Required membership for private lessons with a coach plus hourly coaching fee.
Gym hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Gym hours are subject to change without notice.
Credit assignments allow for flexible scheduling.
Learn the 4 Basics of Soccer: dribbling, passing ,shooting, and ball control.
Training sessions will focus on:
Learning the right path.
Agility.
Passing technique.
First touch.
Strength and conditioning training.
Vision / game awareness / game tactics.
Learning new moves to add to a player’s repertoire.
Scanning the field when the ball’s not in your possession.
Working under pressure and game recovery.
How to take their game to the next level.
Smaller class size, training sessions are limited to 8 participants.
Come to our drop in field time when schedule is available.
Academy uniform is required, black t-shirt, black shorts, and red socks. Please complete uniform questions during registration. Academy shirts and socks will be invoiced to you after registration and black shorts can be purchased anywhere.
Credits expire 30 days from date of purchase. Use credit to book classes in current and upcoming events, classes filter, before they expire.
