(1) Field Trips/Excursions are subject to change. If a change or cancellation of a field trip is required due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e COVID-19), a refund will be automatically processed for any additional costs that were incurred for the field trip.

(2) Lunch - We have decided to remove our lunch program this year. It is required that ALL participants bring their own lunch and snacks to camp each day.
