2022 DISCLAIMERS:

(1) If COVID-19 restrictions prevent our program from operating, your session(s) will be canceled and we will issue a 100% refund

(2) COVID-19 Player Vaccine Policy - Our program requires all participants 12 years of age or older to be fully vaccinated unless they have a valid medical exemption. Proof of vaccination will be requested at drop off during the first day of camp

(3) COVID-19 Staff Vaccine Policy - All Withrow Ball Hockey Academy staff are required to be fulling vaccinated against COVID-19

(4) We are pleased to be reintroducing weekly excursions this year. With that being said, excursions are subject to change depending on COVID-19 regulations
