U13/U15 – 3-Day High-Intensity Development

Unlock the compete level every coach wants. Led by Ethan Moreau—an NHL veteran known for his physical, aggressive, hard-to-play-against style—this camp teaches players how to battle with purpose, win pucks under pressure, and elevate their compete mindset.

Ethan played over 900 NHL games and built his career on intensity, grit, and relentless work ethic. His approach now translates directly into a teaching style that pushes players to embrace contact, fight through adversity, and develop real in-game toughness in a safe, structured environment.

What Athletes Will Learn Over the 3 Days

Day 1 – Compete Foundations + Puck Protection
• Using body leverage the way pros do
• Safe, effective contact confidence
• Winning space and shielding the puck
• Developing high-compete habits every shift

Day 2 – 1v1 / 2v2 Battle Situations
• Corner and wall battles
• Net-front physicality and positioning
• Creating separation and escaping pressure
• Winning loose pucks and second-effort recoveries

Day 3 – Small-Area Games + Game-Pressure Compete
• High-intensity small-area compete games
• Reading/reacting under physical pressure
• Executing skills while tired
• Conditioning through battle-based drills

Each session blends Ethan’s pro-level compete approach with age-appropriate conditioning for U13/U15 athletes. Players are pushed to compete honestly, battle the right way, and build the habits that make them stand out.
