High Performance Goaltender Development Program
Rock Solid Goaltending is NL’s longest running and most successful goalie development program. Our 20 week winter program is designed to give the ultimate development experience for the participating goaltender.
The program runs each 5:00-5:50pm each Tuesday at the St. Bon’s Forum.
Our Tuesday session is open to U9 to U18 age divisions. We generally endeavour to group participants with similar age/skill goalies. And our experienced coaches and shooters are well adapted to tailoring drill and shot speeds to match the capabilities of each individual goalie.
Capacity is limited to 12 goalies…early registration is encouraged!!
Note that depending on demand, we may adjust the number and makeup of the group.
We also realize that these options may not work for every client...feel free to reach out to discuss your particular situation and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs!

Installment Plan
For those clients who wish to spread their payments out, we offer paying in 3 equal installments; the first installment is due at the start of the program, the second by December 1, 2026, and the third by February 1, 2027.
Note that our registration fee includes a 15% discount for clients who pay in-full at the beginning of the program.
Loyalty Program*
Existing clients who attended our 2025 Winter Program and/or our 2026 Summer Camp are entitled to a 10% off our normal registration fees.
