This session is designed to work on the technical elements of improving the efficiency of your forward and backwards stride for greater speed. You will be working at your capacity to improve strength and power in your edges, faster turns, dynamic starts and powerful crossovers. Tips and tricks will be taught to you, from what part of the blade to use, how to lean, posture, and much more.
