Norrie Power Skating

Powerskating lessons for hockey and ringette players who have experience playing and have the minimum basic skills of forward and backward skating with glide and stopping. This is not for beginners. Full equipment and stick are required. We will work in progressions building all skills, strengthening forward and backward stride, all stops, several turn techniques, fast starts, forward and backward crossovers. Balance and agility skills are included. Refunds requested on or before April 6th will have a $20 fee to cancel. No refunds will be issued after April 6th, 2026.
