W3G1 July Advanced Classes, born 2017-2019: July 27-July 31, 2026

This session is designed to work on the technical elements of improving the efficiency of your forward and backwards stride for greater speed. You will be working at your capacity to improve strength and power in your edges, faster turns, dynamic starts/stops and powerful crossovers. Tips and tricks will be taught to you, from what part of the blade to use, how to lean, posture, and much more. Not for beginners, player must have good basic skills.
