May 8th and 9th are at Collicutt Centre and May 21st and 22nd are at Servus Arena.

Powerskating lessons for hockey and ringette players. Full equipment and stick are required. We will work in progressions building all skills, strengthening forward and backward stride, all stops, several turn techniques, fast starts, forward and backward crossovers. Balance and agility skills are included.
