Teen Foundations — Ages 13–15
Each one-hour class includes a warm-up, technical instruction, boxing drills, conditioning and a cool-down. Participants will learn proper stance, footwork, punching technique, defensive movement, combinations and safe training habits.
The program focuses on:
Confidence and self-discipline
Focus, respect and personal responsibility
Strength, stamina and overall fitness
Balance, coordination and reaction time
Proper boxing technique and defensive skills
Listening, teamwork and consistent effort
No previous boxing experience is required. Training is adjusted to each participant’s experience and fitness level. There is no sparring in Teen Foundations. With a maximum of six participants, every teen receives individual coaching, technique corrections and support throughout the program.
