Official club basketball program of the Avalon/ St. John's region from 709!

Designed specifically for athletes in Grade 7-8, this program is the official club basketball club of the St. John's region from 709 - Avalon Basketball. Athletes will participate in 1-2 practices per week, and will have the opportunity to participate in games, leagues, and tournaments with their club team.

Practice 1: Saturdays - Team 1 practice and Team 2/3 practice will be split into two practices.

Practice 2: Sundays from 3:30-5:00 PM at 425 Topsail

Age Groups: Grade 7/8

Needed: Labelled Basketball (Size 4 or 27.5 ideally), Labelled Water Bottle, Indoor Shoes
