Program Overview

Join us over the winter break for our U9, U8, and U7 AAA evaluation and development skates at Journey to Excel. These 2-hour sessions are specifically designed to:

• Evaluate players interested in joining elite and AAA-level spring tournaments.

• Provide developmental training to refine skills and help players reach their full potential.

Spring Tournaments

Players selected for the program will participate in exciting elite and AAA spring tournaments:

1. Toronto Spotlight AAA

   • Dates: May 30 – June 1

2. Bauer Pro Hockey Spring Shootout

   • Dates: May 9 – 11

3. Showdown in the Six

   • Dates: May 23 – 25

4. Girls Elite AAA Tournament (2015 only)

   • Ponytail Challenge: June 6 – 8

What’s Included in the Spring Program

For players evaluated and invited to join the program, we offer a comprehensive development package:

• Weekly Development Skates: On-ice sessions to enhance technical skills.

• Off-Ice Training: Strength, conditioning, and agility-focused drills.

• Shooting Drills: Improve accuracy, power, and shooting techniques.
