Grades 5-6 Session (9:00am-10:30am)

Location: St Francis Xavier HS (3740 Spratt Road)

This is for players that want more REPS. You will get intentional touches of the ball that will supplement the practice you are getting with your team.

Experiment with new concepts.

Prepare to perform (in games).

Strive to reach your potential.

Sessions will be designed to refine existing skills, experiment with new skills & concepts, prepare players to execute what they’re learning in games and to strive to fall in love with improvement (to reach their own potential).

Sessions are co-ed.

Session Flow

• Skills (shooting, attacking, passing, decision-making etc) - 40 min

• 3on3 (and 4on4) Gameplay (constraint-based to work on various concepts) - 50 min

Starter Membership 
- Attend up to 5 sessions before Christmas (any session)
​- Membership fee: $200 +processing fees

All-Star Membership
- Attend any and all of the 10 sessions before Christmas
- Membership fee: $315 +processing fees
