Point Guard Mastery

The point guard/forward isn’t a position, it’s an approach to the game.

This clinic will reveal how crucial it is to play the game through the Point Guard lens.

​Sessions will be led by Right Way Founder, Mike Kenny. 

Areas of the game to be unpacked:

• Using and manipulating ball screen situations

• Putting teammates in position to thrive (based on their strengths)

• Controlling the pace of the game

• Passing from different angles

• Becoming proficient with the “hockey assist”

• Developing a ‘next play’ mentality

• Communication techniques to ensure cohesion 

• Recognizing and exploiting advantages
