Are you looking for skill-specific drills and techniques for an individual, small group or your team? 200 Hockey instructors will prepare, implement and debrief a practice with you assisting. 200 Hockey has devised a way to reduce the cost on Private Instruction. When you sign up you will have access to a Skill Development Coach on ¼ on the ice. This coach will design a plan to fit your players needs.

Areas of focus include:

Individual skill development: Puck Control, Passing, Shooting,  and more specialized training

Powerskating: stride technique, power and agility for every level

Agility Skating & Puck Control: Edge development and shooting
