U15 Development Program - 2023 Goalie Registration

The Development Program will be a combination of Practices and Games.  It will run over 7 weeks with 2 ice sessions per week.  The first ice session each week will be the practice session.  This practice session will focus on skills and strategies that can transfer into game situations.  Players will be given feedback from the previous scrimmage.  This will be used to show the players practice to game transfers that have occurred.

The second ice session of the week will consist of a short practice and a controlled scrimmage. Teams will be mixed each week so players will learn to play with all types of players.  Each game will be video taped and players will have experienced coaches on the bench giving them feedback after each shift.
