Box Girls II (16+) Drop In Class

BoxGirls II is a female-only, non-contact Olympic-style boxing program for participants ages 16 and up. Athletes are taught fundamental Olympic-style boxing skills through the Athlete Development System, alongside conditioning that builds fitness, discipline and confidence in a safe, structured environment without sparring.

BoxGirls is part of BOXGIRLS SASK, an initiative to advance female participation in Olympic-style boxing across Saskatchewan. Athletes who demonstrate the required skill and readiness may progress to the High Performance pathway with controlled, supervised contact training.
