- Regina
This is a non-contact beginner boxing course that introduces participants to the fundamental skills and principles of Olympic-style boxing through the Athlete Development System (ADS). The program combines technical boxing instruction with age-appropriate sports conditioning to promote physical fitness, health, wellness, discipline, confidence, and personal development.
Participants begin in a safe, structured, and non-contact environment, developing proper boxing fundamentals without sparring. Those who demonstrate the appropriate skill, maturity, physical readiness, and commitment may have the opportunity to progress into the High-Performance Boxing pathway, where controlled sparring and contact boxing are introduced progressively under qualified coaching and established safety protocols.
The program’s philosophy is simple: learn the fundamentals, build the athlete, develop the person, and earn the opportunity to advance.
This is a class for both males and females aged 16+ years and older.
