Junior A Fall Semester - Drop In Class

This is a technical Olympic-style boxing and sports conditioning program for children ages 8 to 12 years old. Participants are taught technical Olympic-style boxing skills following the Athlete Development System along with physical sports conditioning in a non-contact manner.
