⚡ THE SESSION
Tuesday, Sept 15 · 3:00–4:00 PM · Cloverdale Arena. Players skate a real session at full pace — PEP reactive circuits, skating flow, and compete situations — alongside the committed group.

🧠 WHAT WE TRAIN — THE HYBRID MODEL
• PEP circuits + game scenarios — overload with real decisions under pressure, at game speed
• Skating & edge control — edges, stride mechanics, explosive speed, every ice time
• Stick handling mastery — new techniques and dekes, drilled until they show up in games

📈 WHO THIS IS FOR
2014–2016 birth years playing Rep or HPL. Every session is run by a certified Power Edge Pro trainer — the same patented system trusted by 100+ NHL players. McDavid started PEP at 11. Bedard at 8.
