Competitive Goalies (2013 & Older)

These small-group sessions are built for competitive goalies looking to stay sharp, consistent, and confident throughout the season.

In-season training is focused on reinforcing strong save and movement mechanics, improving reads and decision making, and applying those skills in game-like situations.

Goalies will work through structured stations designed to sharpen execution, reinforce strong habits, and build consistency under pressure.

Session Format:

• 2:1 goalie-to-coach ratio

• Maximum 4 goalies per group

• Station-based training focused on quality repetitions, detailed feedback, and game application

• Competitive shooters included to create realistic game situations

• Led by the Belitski Elite Team
