Foundations: This level is intended for athletes who are new to the game and are in the process of learning the fundamentals. Foundations includes basic/core skill development, skill breakdown and mild intensity.
If you are unsure where your athlete fits, contact us and we will assist you in ensuring the best route for your athletes development and success.
Our Small Group Trainings have an intentional design to deliver high-quality coaching, ensure athlete engagement, and allow athletes to get the most out of every rep. Since athletes are matched with others of similar skill level and readiness, this allows athletes to train at an appropriate pace while still being challenged and pushed to improve
