HDC 1:1 Sessions - Lethbridge

About HDC
Hoops and Dreams Collective (HDC) is a developmental basketball program that uses the game as a tool to help female athletes build confidence — both on and off the court. Our sessions go beyond fundamental skill work to include leadership, problem-solving, and personal growth.

All HDC coaches are current or former USPORT or higher-level athletes and coaches, committed to giving back through our experiences. We believe deeply in the philosophy: “If you see it, you can be it.”

Our athletes have gone on to play or coach at a variety of levels including ACAC, USPORT, NCAA and professionally. We take pride in helping every athlete — regardless of stage — grow in skill, confidence, and character.

All 1:1 Sessions include:

• One (1) hour of individualized instruction

• A post-session recap outlining key takeaways and corrections

• A recommended development plan

Rates:

• 1:1 Session: $90 + gym fee

Payments can be made by e-transfer to info@hdcollective.ca

Please note: Any cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
