High Performance sessions are exclusively for girls (Divisions 1, 2 and 3) Intermediate Volleyball, Setting Practice and Volleyball Basics are open to both boys and girls. Once you register, you can add multiple sessions to your cart and check out all at once.At Ember Volleyball, our mission is to support young athletes in excelling at volleyball. Whether you're part of a school team or a club, our doors are open to provide the training that will help you thrive.We offer volleyball lessons for up to 6 players per session (small groups to keep the high level), with each session lasting one hour and fifteen minutes. Our training includes physical conditioning and numerous volleyball drills. We also plan to start offering camps in the future.

60 minutes of intensive training focused on all types of sets, along with physical conditioning, blocking, digging, and serving. If the setter also plays as a right-side hitter, hitting and receiving drills will be included as well. This program is designed for intermediate to advanced players ages 12 to 16.
