Block baseball sessions are 60-75min in length, depending on which program you register for. Skills are geared toward our four main programs: hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding.Baseball skills, IQ, and mental training are at the forefront of every program. Sessions are offered to athletes 7yrs and older, beginner to high performance.All session packages are flexible within the main four skills programs. Class credits are transferrable through full 2023/24 offseason (Oct-Apr).

Our 11U hitting &amp; fielding programs are 60min in length. Focus on all skills hitting related for baseball. Swing mechanics, power development, and hitting approach. As well as infield/outfield skills work. The session plan will be roughly 30min of each skill, each week.4:1 player to coach ratio
