Group baseball &amp; softball sessions are 60-75min in length, depending on which program you register for. Skills are geared toward our four main programs: hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding.Baseball &amp; softball skills, IQ, and mental training are at the forefront of every program. Sessions are offered to athletes 7yrs and older, beginner to high performance.All session packages are flexible within the main four skills programs. Class credits are transferrable through full 2026/27 offseason (Sept-Apr).

Our 15U pitching programs are 60min in length. Focus on all skills pitching related for baseball. Proper warm up, throwing progressions, mechanics, and post-throwing arm care.Pitch grip and off-speed pitch development, along with pitching mindset is worked on each session.Athletes age 13-15yrs
