Group baseball &amp; softball sessions are 60-75min in length, depending on which program you register for. Skills are geared toward our four main programs: hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding.Baseball &amp; softball skills, IQ, and mental training are at the forefront of every program. Sessions are offered to athletes 7yrs and older, beginner to high performance.All session packages are flexible within the main four skills programs. Class credits are transferrable through full 2024/25 offseason (Oct-Apr).

Our U11/U13 softball hitting &amp; fielding programs are 75min in length. Focus on all skills hitting related for softball. Mechanics, power, and contact skills. Fielding skills will include glove work, footwork, and speed / agility.Athletes age 9-13yrs
