Block baseball sessions are 60-75min in length, depending on which program you register for. Skills are geared toward our four main programs: hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding.Baseball skills, IQ, and mental training are at the forefront of every program. Sessions are offered to athletes 7yrs and older, beginner to high performance.All session packages are flexible within the main four skills programs. Class credits are transferrable through full 2023/24 offseason (Oct-Apr).

Our U11-U14 softball hitting and fielding programs are 60min in length. Focus on all skills hitting related for softball. Swing mechanics, power development, and hitting approach. Along with mental training and dealing with success and failure as a hitter. Additional work on glove and footwork while fielding. Throwing mechanics skills included.Becoming a better HITTER, not swinger.Athletes age 11-14yrs
