U11 Better to Best Camp July 21 to July 25
This is a week-long hockey camp offering two on-ice sessions a day, with 1 hour of dryland training, and 1 hour of classroom, focusing on game theory and sport psychology.
This year, our dryland sessions will include a comprehensive and structured exercise program tailored to individual ages and levels. Working on aspects like reactive agility, explosive strength, and overall athletic performance, which will properly prepare players for the high-intensity demands of tryout season. We will also utilize one day of off-ice training for testing athletes' speed, agility, strength, and general conditioning.
Regarding on-ice sessions, this is a high-paced camp teaching the skills needed to excel at the game of hockey. We have a strong focus on skating. If you can't skate, you can't play. We also teach puck handling, passing, and shooting. This is a fast-paced, dynamic hockey camp preparing your young player for a great start to a new hockey season.
Daily Schedule
Power Skating 9:45am to 10:45 am,
Classroom 11:00am to 12:00pm
Lunch 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm
On ice Skills Session 1:30pm to 2:30pm
Dryland 2:45 pm to 3:45 pm
PICK UP 3:45 pm
This is FULL day program, snacks and lunch are not provided We Provide a camp Jersey with Registration. WATER BOTTLES ARE NEEDED as well as proper Dryland training attire
