Full Season U11/U13 | High Performance Power Skating Kinsmen

This is a 21 Week Full Season long Program.

This is a Demanding High level power Skating program. This is a 100% Skating program. If you can't skate you can't play hockey and or Ringette well.  We plan to help you change that. This is not a learn to skate program, for that see our Beginner programs.  We want skaters that can skate and need to be Better at skating to play the highest levels possible.  We want to help those that have the understanding that they are good but need to be better at skating. This is for all those players that were last cuts but because somebody was a little smoother made the team over them. Maybe somebody was a little faster.  The Player that asks "coach what do I need to be better at" only to be told you need to work on your skating.

Monday evenings at Kinsmen Twin Arena
From 5:00pm to 6:00 pm 

Omit  Thanks Giving Day Monday, Family Day Monday and a break over Christmas.

What to Expect

- High level of Correction, Demanding Drills, High Repetition of Skills.  Demanding improvement and change in ones skating ability.

- Correction, improvement then pace. 

- Understanding of the whole body function during skating to achieve maximum speed and control.

 What we Expect

-This is not a learn to skate program.  Expectation is that every registrant has ability to skate forward, backwards, turn left and right, stop left and right, x overs forwards and backwards turning left and right.   We are not teaching basics here, we are building high performance skaters here.

- "I Want to improve " Attitude

-  Understanding of through a high level of correction and a ton of reps, improvement is earned.

Extra recommendations

- No Pucks, This is not a puck Skill program, This is for those wanting to become Better High level Skaters.  This is for the Player that is Playing A or AA vs AAA because they have been told they aren't quiet there with their Skating.
