HoopLife Elite | Boys 10U
Welcome to our new HoopLife Elite Program!
HoopLife Elite is a 12-Week basketball and strength program for selected invite participants only. This program is designed for high-level athletes, allowing participants to train together to reach all High School & Post-Secondary goals. HoopLife will be incorporating NEW Strength Training programs, college-level workouts that are specific to basketball athletes.
Basketball Training will be run by Sr. Elite Coaches: Majok Madol, Ty Schenk, Carter Millar
Training Cost: $400
Basketball Session Times: Saturdays 8:15-9:45AM
12 Sessions Total
Starting April 22nd, our primary focus will be to enhance each player’s offensive & defensive skill sets through our high-intensity, college-level workouts. Come work in our brand new state-of-the-art facility to find success at an elite level with elite players.
Player Requirements:
600+ Shots a Week
Weekly Finishing Tasks
Establishing our Baseline: (Testing will take place 3 separate times)
At HoopLife Elite we will be incorporating our new scaling system that will allow players to see their progress as well as compete to enhance their opportunities for success.
HoopLife Elite will be keeping track and recording: (Testing will take place 3 separate times) We will also have a leaderboard for each Elite group to maintain the competitiveness and hold each player accountable.

What You Get From Elite Basketball Training:
Shooting Fundamentals to increase your shooting percentage (form, range, accuracy, and unique ways to get your shot off)
Enhanced Ball Handling Techniques to maintain control in intense pressure situations
At the Basket Finishing will be heavily focused on to prepare for contact finishes at the rim
Remove Weaknesses to not have players continue bad court habits (quick adjustments to routine)
Creating Space with and without the basketball, to get you more clean looks
Change of Direction & Pace with and without your dribble to get separation and create opportunities
High-level Insight on how to create your own offense
Generating Confidence through powerful, positive messages and finding success on the floor

We will use a Goal-orientated approach to ensure all players establish a strong basketball foundation while maintaining a high-level of intensity through our complex drills. This allows each player to move faster in their development and be ahead for their age and skill level.
