Welcome to our HoopLife Ages 14-17 Advanced Elevate Sessions!
Ages 14-17 Advanced Elevate Sessions is a 12-Week basketball program designed for high-school athletes, allowing participants to train together to reach all High School & Post-Secondary goals. HoopLife will be incorporating weekly skill work allowing athletes to see progression throughout the sessions from Session 1 - Session 12. With our high-level workouts that are specific to basketball athletes, we can ensure you receive quality training.
Basketball Training will be run by Advanced Lead: Isaiah Merk
Training Cost: $449
Basketball Session Times: Sundays 10:00-11:00AM

🌟 Camp Overview: At Elevate Sessions our primary focus will be to enhance each player’s offensive & defensive skill sets through our high-intensity, college-level workouts. Come work in our brand new state-of-the-art facility to find success.
📍 Location: HoopLife Facility located at 661 Solomon Crescent, Regina, SK.
⛹️♂️ Skills and Training: At HoopLife Elevate, we focus on a well-rounded approach to skill development. Our expert coaches will conduct a variety of drills, exercises, and workshops to improve participants' fundamental basketball skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, footwork, defense, and more. Special attention will also be given to game strategies, basketball IQ, and conditioning to help players excel on the court.
🤝 Teamwork and Sportsmanship: We believe that basketball is not just about individual skills but also about working together as a team. Through various team-building activities, group challenges, and friendly competitions, athletes will learn the importance of communication, collaboration, and sportsmanship. They will forge new friendships, develop leadership qualities, and gain a deeper understanding of the value of teamwork.

Player Requirements:
Players must submit 300+ Shots a Week that will be tracked and displayed on the HoopLife Elevate Website
Players must complete Weekly Finishing Tasks and will be held accountable each week to complete
Players must be ready and willing to make mistakes while holding each other as well as themselves accountable
Establishing our Baseline: (Testing will take place 3 separate times)
At HoopLife Elevate we will be incorporating our new scaling system that will allow players to see their progress as well as compete to enhance their opportunities for success.
HoopLife Elevate will be keeping track and recording: (Testing will take place 3 separate times) We will also have a leaderboard for each Advanced group to maintain the competitiveness and hold each player accountable.

Shooting Fundamentals to increase your shooting percentage (form, range, accuracy, and unique ways to get your shot off)
Enhanced Ball Handling Techniques to maintain control in intense pressure situations
At the Basket Finishing will be heavily focused on to prepare for contact finishes at the rim
Remove Weaknesses to not have players continue bad court habits (quick adjustments to routine)
Creating Space with and without the basketball, to get you more clean looks
Change of Direction & Pace with and without your dribble to get separation and create opportunities
High-level Insight on how to create your own offense
Generating Confidence through powerful, positive messages and finding success on the floor
