HoopLife Family get your kids in the Strength Training Centre at our 45 minute Sports Fitness session.

The Youth Sport Training program will help your athlete learn key fundamental movement patterns that will help in all sports. Our goal is to teach our athletes how to move their body and become more dynamic on and off the court. Youth Sport Training will help build a strong foundation for all future athletic goals.

Youth Sport Training sessions run each week year-round, even in summer. All sessions are a 45 minute circuit experience. 

At a HoopLife Sport Training Session your kid will improve their overall game, learning:

    •    Functional Movement Patterns.

    •    Introductory Resistance Training

    •    Proper Form.

    •    Safe Training Techniques.

    •    Mindset Development.

In order to sign up for sessions, you will need to invest in a Session Pack or Membership. Camps are purchased separately.

What your kids should bring:

    •    Labelled Water Bottle.

    •    Indoor Shoes.

    •    Athletic Attire.

Sessions will take place at our state-of-the-art training facility!
