HoopLife runs sessions every week year-round. Basketball Training Sessions are a 1-hour long circuit experience. Strength Training Sessions are a 45-min circuit experience.Session Credits can be used for Basketball and Strength Training Sessions. Your kids will have a chance to meet and play with members of Saskatchewan&#39;s Pro Basketball Team the Saskatchewan Rattlers.
At the HoopLife X Rattlers Summer Camp your kids will improve their overall game, learning:

<li>Basketball Fundamentals (Shooting, Dribbling, Scoring, Defence, etc.)</li>
<li>Physical Endurance and Core Training.</li>
<li>Basketball IQ.</li>
<li>Mindset Development.</li>
<li>Daily Scrimmages.</li>
</ul>
