HoopLife Family get your kids in the gym at our 1-Hour Training sessions.
HoopLife runs sessions each week year-round, even in summer. All sessions are a 1-hour long circuit experience. Your kids will learn new skills both on and off the court.
At a HoopLife 1-Hour Session your kids will improve their overall game, learning:
Basketball Fundamentals | Shooting, Dribbling, Scoring, Defence, etc.
Physical Endurance and Core Training.
What your kids should bring:
Labelled Water Bottle.
Sessions will take place at our state-of-the-art training facility!
