Train & Play - Beginner and Intermediate

For all those girls who can’t wait for their middle school season to start! This fun and fast paced program will introduce and refine the basics, and provide the opportunity to practice those skills in competitive game play.

This group is for athletes in grades 6 and 7 who have one or more seasons of school volleyball under their belts, as well as Grade 8’s who are new to the sport. The content and challenge level will always be modified as much as possible to meet participants where they’re at, to create a fun and rewarding experience.

Coaches for this program are to be determined, however, Impact Volleyball prides itself on quality coaching.
