Athletes going into grade 10 and up are eligible to apply. 2024 club season participation is mandatory.
Priority given based on the following factors:
- Going into grade 11 or 12
- 2024 or earlier High-Performance program participation (eg. Team BC)
- Indicators of potential - height, jumping ability, attitude, aspirations, skill-level
Up to 20 spots are available, distributed among the positions in a similar way to a team.

About Coach Hall
Brent is an NCCP Certified Performance Coach and holds an Advanced Coaching Diploma in addition to a Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy. He has been the Chargers’ head coach for 7 seasons, winning coach of the year twice, and 2023 PACWEST gold and CCAA silver in addition to several other PACWEST podium finishes. Brent has also coached with Team BC programs ranging from 15U to 19U for 7 seasons and is the Vice President of Momentum Volley.
