Event Membership Terms and Conditions

When enrolling in the School Season Monthly Membership, a commitment of at least one full season is required. To cancel your membership, you must provide a written notice via email at least 30 days in advance. Your final payment will cover the last month of your membership.

#### 1. Membership Eligibility

- Membership is open to individuals who meet the criteria specified for each package. Proof of eligibility may be required.

#### 2. Event Access

- Membership grants access to the event as specified in the package details. Access may be limited to certain days, sessions, or areas based on the membership level.

#### 3. Payment and Monthly Charges

- Monthly Charges: Your card will be charged monthly between the 1st and 2nd week of each month for the duration of the program after the initial payment. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize the organizers to automatically charge your card for these recurring payments.

- Commitment to Fees: By registering for a membership, you are committing to the membership fees for the entire duration of the program. You are responsible for all fees, even if you choose to stop attending the event or program.

- Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation by the organizers.

#### 4. Code of Conduct

- All attendees must adhere to the event's code of conduct. This includes respectful behavior towards other attendees, staff, and the event venue. Violation of the code of conduct may result in expulsion without refund.

#### 5. Health and Safety

- Attendees must comply with all health and safety regulations, including any measures related to public health, such as mask-wearing, vaccination, or testing requirements. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the event.

#### 6. Liability Waiver

- By attending the event, you acknowledge and accept that participation is at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

#### 7. Media Release

- The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in any such materials without compensation.

#### 8. Transferability

- Memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise specified in the package details. Any transfer of membership must be approved by the event organizers.

#### 9. Event Changes

- The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or activities at any time without notice. No refunds will be provided for changes in the event program.

#### 10. Termination

- The organizers reserve the right to terminate any membership for violation of these terms and conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

#### 11. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the event's location. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to this jurisdiction.
