This fee of $329.56 is the approximated value related to expenses for coaches’ travel and accommodations as well as a food per diem daily for the trip. Explained in the pdf is the price breakdown of all items that are being expensed. As agreed and team policy, the cost is divided amongst the entire primary team regardless of attending the event. We have agreed to cost share amongst the entire 11 female roster. See below for a description of costs when travelling as a team

Costs

Families will be accountable for covering the expenses associated with team travel. These expenses may include, but are not limited to:

• Accommodation for coach(s)

• Team vehicle rental expenses (if applicable)

• Food allowance for coaches: $50 per coach per day (while athlete food allowance will be managed by their parent or guardian)

• It is advised to avoid team food tables due to dietary restrictions.

• Accommodation for coaches: Separate accommodations for male and female coaches

• Transportation for coaches if acquired: Fuel reimbursement per tank or airfare (maximum cost of 2 full coach airfares)

• Per diem for coaches: Coaches may request approval to include the cost of lost wages in a tournament budget.

Any surplus funds from the travel budget will be redirected to subsidize future travel expenses, national events, and/or team celebrations. Any unforeseen and additional expenses will be communicated if there are any.

In cases where an athlete who has committed to travel is unable to do so due to extenuating circumstances, the athlete will remain responsible for covering their share of non-refundable fees or prorated expenses, as directed by G2 ATHLETICS.

Travel expenses are to be settled 2 weeks prior to the travel date. If any unforeseen circumstances prevent timely payment, families are encouraged to liaise with coaching staff to arrange alternative payment arrangements.
