U11 Prep Camp for Forwards & Defense Players – Jersey Included!

Gear up for success and get your players ready for the 2025/2026 evaluations with our dynamic U11 Prep Camp! Designed for both forwards and defense, this camp is your player’s chance to sharpen skills, boost confidence, and experience real game scenarios—all while rocking their very own camp jersey. This camp is designed to help 1st year U11s transition from half ice to full ice game play and for 2nd year U11 players to reinforce full ice game play at a higher level.

What to Expect:

Power Skating Schedule:
• 15 minutes of edgework and ankle strength
• 30 minutes of first step explosive skating
• On Days 3 & 4: Explosive drills with pucks to elevate game speed

50-Minute Game:
• Constant coaching feedback from certified hockey coaches
• Real-game environment with referees calling offsides and penalties
• Tons of puck touches to maximize skill development
• Learning to change on the fly

Dryland Sessions:
• Learn effective warm-up and cool-down routines for games and practices
• Master valuable recovery tips and techniques to stay game-ready
