June Strength and Shooting Promo - AVAILABLE until June 22 2025Each Strength and Shooting session is 1.5 hour circuit. 45 min will be spent honing in on Shooting Mechanics. 45 min will be spent in gym with plyometric style explosiveness and quick accelerative movements.
