A full day of training, touching on all aspects of skills needed for excellence.

Primal Athletics will provide 13 transportation registrations available to and from Merlis Belsher-once filled, athletes will need to have their own transportation.

Itinerary to be email closer to the date.

Transportation will pick up in Saskatoon for 8:00am and return approximately at 4:30pm

Day program will include:

1 Fitness session

2 Ice sessions

Off Ice Shooting session

Mental Performance session

Lunch ( will likely be a pasta and protein option)

10:15am-11:30am- Ice session

11:45am-12:15pm-Lunch

12:15pm-1:15pm Mental Performance with Bob Braybrook

1:15pm-2:15pm- Off Ice shooting

1:30pm-2:30pm Goalie session on ice with U15 Goalie Instruction

2:30pm-3:30pm Ice Session

Day complete

4:00pm Primal Van leaves Aberdeen to return to Merlis Belsher approx 4:30pm- for those who registered for this.
