This pre conditioning prep and training is targeted for athletes entering U13 as a first or second year with intentions of trying out for AA programs within their Minor Hockey Division.
Join a combination of instructors on ice throughout the 12 sessions.
Expect instruction on any day from Tyler Pellack, Andrii Lupandin, Donnie Munro, Mike Tietz and/or Cam Kayter. There may be U15 and older on ice helpers out as well.

The remaining dates are all on ice sessions for 75 min skates
Skates will consist of a combination of Power Skating, Skills Mechanics and Techniques, Full Ice flow Drills, Forward and Backward Defensive Specific Drills, Battling Drills.
Please have your athlete wear a white style jersey if they are a forward and a black style jersey if they are defense.
Athletic attire, water bottle and clean indoor shoes or socks are needed for the Fitness session
Full equipment required on ice.
