2017 Spring Development

An 8 session program on Mondays and Sundays in April and May to keep your athlete engaged and developing in all areas of Hockey. Speed and Agility, Shooting and Scoring, Small Area and Quick Thinking, stick handling, forwards, backwards and lateral movement and set a strong foundation on and off ice for future months and years. This is not a team and will be instructed by Primal Instructors.

Off Ice sessions are targeted for age appropriate sessions focusing on injury prevention and proper maintenance for health and growth.

April 1-5:30pm-6:30pm on ice

April 8 5:30pm-6:30pm on ice

April 14 12:30pm-1:30pm fitness

2:00pm-3:00pm on ice

April 21 12:30p1:30pm on ice

2:00pm-3:00pm fitness

April 29 5:30pm-6:30pm on ice

May 5 12:30pm-1:30pm fitness

2:00pm-3:00pm on ice

May 12 1:30pm-2:30pm fitness

3:00pm-4:00pm on ice

May 27 5:30pm-6:30pm on ice

Full equipment on ice required

Any Jersey can be worn- If you would like a Primal Jersey, cost is an additional $25. Please email to request a jersey at primalathletics2022@gmail.com

Athletic attire ( shorts, short, clean indoor shoes, water bottle) needed for fitness

No refunds or credits for missed days from the program.
