An 8 session program on Mondays and Sundays in April and May to keep your athlete engaged and developing in all areas of Hockey. Speed and Agility, Shooting and Scoring, Small Area and Quick Thinking, stick handling, forwards, backwards and lateral movement and set a strong foundation on and off ice for future months and years. This is not a team and will be instructed by Primal Instructors.
Off Ice sessions are targeted for age appropriate sessions focusing on injury prevention and proper maintenance for health and growth.

Full equipment on ice required

Athletic attire ( shorts, short, clean indoor shoes, water bottle) needed for fitness
No refunds or credits for missed days from the program.
