October and November Strength and Shooting Promo - AVAILABLE until DEC 7 2024.Each Strength and Shooting session is 1.5 hour circuit. 45 min will be spent honing in on Shooting Mechanics. 45 min will be spent in gym with plyometric style explosiveness and quick accelerative movements. The goal is to start building type 2 muscle fiber, which is a foundation for any explosive sport.Athletic gear, stick and gloves are needed for this 90 min session.From Now until Dec 7 2024, when booking the bundle “4 sessions-Primal Strength and Shot”, use code STRENGTH4 at checkout.
