30 Minute Private Shooting Session

*IMPORTANT RINK INFORMATION*

George Bell Arena will be under construction from December 27, 2022, until March 2023.

During that time you will not be able to access the front entrance, or any rink amenities (washrooms, etc).

When you arrive for your session please proceed to the outside entrance for The HIIT Academy Gym, which is located on the side of building beside the park.

Suitable for kids aged 5-13

Each week on our synthetic ice surface the shooter(s) will work on accuracy, speed, proper form, different types of shots with lots of coaching and correction.

• Wear athletic clothing and running shoes. INDOOR SHOES ARE REQUIRED.

• Bring stick, gloves and water bottle.

• Parents may watch but please DO NOT touch the equipment in the gym area.
