Beginner? Don’t know the rules? Don’t worry!
The first 30 minutes of each session will be set aside for coaches to teach, practice, and warmup. The final hour will be league games.

What your child should bring to each game:

• Labelled Water Bottle

• Indoor Shoes/Turf Cleats

• League Uniform (will be provided)

League Format:

• 8 Weeks (7 Week Regular Season & 1 Week Playoff)

• 1 Game per Week

• 4 Teams

• 10 Players per Team

• Custom NFL Flag Uniform + Flags/Belt
