This one-day tournament offers a fun and competitive environment for U14 boys teams, providing a great opportunity to get some games in before the Winter break. The tournament will feature round-robin play&nbsp;with the top four out of six teams advancing to the medal round and bottom two playing in the 5th place game. In addition to the games, we will also be recognizing and awarding the 1st and 2nd Team All-Stars&nbsp;from the tournament.Event Details:<ul><li>Date: December 7, 2024 (9:30 AM to 3:30 PM)</li><li>Location: Muskoka Lumber Yards Community Sports Complex, Bracebridge, ON</li><li>Format: Round-robin play followed by medal games for the top four teams</li><li>Registration Fee: $505 per team</li></ul>

The undersigned team, its players, coaches, members, participants, and all affiliated individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "Team") hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges Four Point Basketball, its employees, agents, officials, contractors, representatives, elected and appointed officials, successors, and assigns of and from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, whether in law or equity, including death, injury, or loss or damage to the Team, its members, players, spectators, or affiliates, however caused.  The Team agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all of the aforementioned parties from and against any and all liability incurred by any of them arising as a result of or in any way connected with participation in the tournament, the use of Muskoka Lumber Community Centre facilities, or any actions or omissions by the Team, its members, or any individual affiliated with the Team.  The Team agrees to take full responsibility for all players, members, spectators, or any persons affiliated with the Team while on the premises of Muskoka Lumber Community Centre.  No Refund Policy  Refunds: No refunds will be given unless a cancellation is made at least one (1) weeks prior to the start of the tournament. In the event of a timely cancellation, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted from any refund issued. Credits: No credits will be issued for cancellations made within the 1-week period leading up to the tournament. Tournament Cancellations and Amendments  Cancellations: Any tournament cancellation made less than one (1) weeks prior to the start of the event will not be eligible for a refund. Amendments or cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Facility Responsibilities  The Team acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any damages caused by its members, participants, or affiliated persons to the facility or its furnishings during the event. The Team agrees to inspect the court and surrounding areas for safety before use. If the area is unsafe, the Team will immediately report the issue to a Four Point Basketball employee and refrain from using the space until it is deemed safe. Prohibited Activities  Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Alcohol consumption is only allowed in the designated sports bar on the second floor. Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of the Team’s rental, and legal action may be taken. Payment and Liabilities  At any time, if the Team defaults on payment, Four Point Basketball reserves the right to terminate the Team's participation in the tournament without refund. Skillz Basketball Lab is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal items belonging to players, spectators, or any other individuals affiliated with the Team.  The undersigned must be 18 years of age or older and acknowledges that they have read and understand the above waiver and agree to its terms on behalf of the Team.
