GT Performance Hockey/EHPC is proud to announce our 2nd annual summer training program to the Eastman Region to our aspiring U18 AAA / Jr A players with birth years of 2005-2009. July and August is a time for growth and to refocus on getting back into the swing of things for upcoming tryouts. This 6 week program combines 1.5 hours of hockey specific dryland training once a week at EHPC in Ste Anne, along with 2 on ice sessions per week (in Winnipeg) focusing on elite skill development. This program also provides players with a pre season building/growth on off training plan (3-4 per week) via personalized workouts using Train Heroic (TH) App. The program allows the player to work on their own at home, and then follow the program once a week in the gym, facilitated by our EHPC trainers.

Skating treadmill sessions are also available (on demand at a discounted rate) to round out this dynamic new program.

90 mins on intense dryland work in the gym at EHPC. 2-3 a week (1-1.5 hours) at home using the TH App plus gym membership June 1 - Aug 31, 2024.

Hosted by EHPC, 1 group of 20 players will participate on Tuesday evenings (either 7-8:30pm). This program is for players that are serious about hockey and have played or play at the highest level available to them in the Region (Eastman Selects or AA squad).

GT Performance Hockey will then run 2 on ice sessions per week in Winnipeg at EAST END Arena on Pandora Ave. Times as listed below.

A total of 9 hours of dryland, 29 hours of at home programming and 17 hours on ice included.

All in 55 hours of dedicated Hockey specific skill development is provided within the program, leveraging both on ice and off programming to provide a fulsome experience.

$1,250.00 per player plus GST includes a GT Performance Hockey jersey and EHPC T-shirt.

Parents who prefer to Etransfer (avoiding processing fees) can create the order and send an etranfer for $1,312.50.00 to Eastmanhighperformancecentre@gmail.com.

Option to just commit to on ice program as well for $900.00 plus tax.
